Your Chess - The New Chess Portal 2.0

YourChess.net born with the idea of making available more information regarding the world of chess. Therefore, it wants to be a reference point and a collection centre contents of landscape chess world. The information are in the form of rss feeds / podcasts, embed objects, flash video or any scripts / application that allows to return contents. All content are posted by users registered, infact, Your Chess portal built through the contributions of the users. Any content (feed, application, podcast, ecc.) is including in a module/widget.
The modules/widgets included can be arranged in any part of the page through the function of "drag" of modules. You can create more pages and share it in more columns (see portal options). All modules/widgets are available in the directory. There are also some "service" modules only available from the session of the English language.
The modules are as follows:
- Clock - Bookmarks - address book - Email - Memo - Note - Calendar - Calculator
Very important to know that each language correspond to a directory of modules. For example the English language have contents in English language. Nothing prohibits to change the language of the portal and import into their pages a form of another language. Ultimately, you can insert in the directory:
- RSS-feed / Atom or podcast if you have a blog, a news site, etc.. - modules/widgets from another application (igoogle, netvibes). Not all modules will be compatible with Your Chess. - embedded objects from other sites (youtube, flickr, etc.): video, pictures, ecc. - any module/widget (html / script) built ad hoc Your Chess.
In addition, you can:
- customising each module, both when the inclusion in the directory, whether already present in its pages; - customising every single page defining the number of columns and modules;
It still possible to import and store content on own pages not related to the chess game but will not be included in the directory, if proposed.

The modules/widgets created by users will be first approved by admin and it will concern the chess game or at least useful to this purpose.
